Dr. Hasini Udawattage is the lovliest Optometrist I've ever met. It was the nearing the end of late night trading and a long day for her yet she was so friendly and helpful. She explained things well and gave me extra information I want aware of. Then onto Chloe who helped me choose new glasses and measure them up. She was also friendly and made the process easy and enjoyable. What could have been a really tedious task at the end of an exhausting week, turned out to be fun and productive. Can't wait to pick up my new glasses.

The staff were the most helpful and explained everything in detail. My appointments were during peak times so there was a bit of a wait but the customer service from the team at Epping was the best of any Specsavers store in my opinion. Clean environment, reasonable prices and lots of option as well. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service from the moment we entered. I would like to thank Kamran who helped us not in eye testing of myself and my mum but gave us excellent choices of frames that suits are face shape. Good job Kamran

Specsavers is always good value. I am with HCF and after selecting three frames, and they had a promotion for free polarization, I walked out with two pair of sunnies and a pair for reading, and i just paid $57.00. I think it is a bargain!

This is my 2nd visit to Specsavers Epping. I love to be able to book online & receive communication via email. Staff at the store are extremely nice & helpful. There is a great range of frames & really good deals to access. Highly recommended.

I’ve always had a great experience at specsavers Epping. This particular time the optometrist was outstanding, he was very knowledgeable about everything eye related and gave me some good hints and tips. I then dealt with the lovely Tulin who was friendly and caring. The whole team were lovely. Thanks again!

The team at spec savers Epping are fantastic staff and very helpful. Had to place an order for contact lenses and was assisted by Isshkaar she organised everything for me very promptly, Great customer service skills, very friendly and was greeted with a cheerful smile. I was expecting the turnaround time for my lens to be around 1 week which was normal, I could not believe when I received a phone call from the same staff member Isshkaar 1 day after the order was placed that my contact lens had arrived. That's first class and very impressive service. I'm a very satisfied and a happy customer. Well Done to all the staff and Spec Savers Epping.

We have been going to Specsavers Epping as a family for many, many years now, more recently since my son was diagnosed with a degenerative eye condition. The Manager has always gone over and above to ensure his needs are met and nothing is every too much trouble.
